Shipping & Returns

We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase(From the date products were received, if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. 

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a free restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
